At J.S. Clark we promote and follow the BUDDY rules to enhance a positive learning environment. These rules include, Being prepared, Using good manners, Doing kind deeds, Discussing problems, and You always respect other people and their things.
The Parent Handbook contains important information about our school, policies and procedures. We ask that parents please take the time to read the handbook with their child and familiarize themselves with its contents. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to stop by the office at any time and discuss them with us.

2019 Student Learning Survey The Student Learning Survey is for students in grade 4, 7, 10, and 12, their parents, and staff. Schools with no Grade 4 students will administer the survey to Grade 3 students, their parents, and staff. Administration instructions for students have been included with this general information sheet. Electronic Administration The Ministry has again contracted the services of A. Willock Information Systems (AWIS) to provide an electronic survey system to schools. Student Surveys: The Logon # for the student participants is their unique 9 (nine) digit Personal Education Number (PEN). It should take approximately 25 to 30 minutes for students to complete the survey online. Students should not collaborate with others or discuss their responses during administration of the online survey. It is recommended that students complete the survey in a computer lab. Typically, school staff will bring up the website on the school computers and will have the Logon # codes ready to hand out to students. Parent Surveys: Parents may access the survey with a Logon # or by Direct Access from the website listed above.
